VINE
TERROIR : A blend of traditional Côtes de Provence rosé grape varieties (mainly Grenache and Cinsault). The Cinsault, the original grape variety of Provence rosés, brings soft, tender aromas of peach and strawberry. The silky colour of Grenache conceals the power of its intense, fruity notes.
CELLAR
VINIFICATION : This organic sparkling rosé wine is made from wine produced by direct pressing. A second fermentation (in a closed vat) using fresh grape must preserves all its freshness and roundness.
