We are pleased to invite you to the Harvest workshops event, on August 30, 2024, from 5 p.m. at Café Léoube.
On the program, a series of workshops on the theme of the grape harvest and a food and wine pairing menu, developed by our chef Frédéric Secondo!
Workshop circuit (1h30) at the price of 20€*:
- Discovery of the terroir and the Léoube DNA
- Pruning & Disbudding
- Ampelography
- Tasting “From grapes to wine”
- Nose of the wine
- Wine tasting
Special Harvest Food and Wine Pairing Menu at the price of 70€**:
- Starter: Sea bream ceviche with lemon, caviar and fresh herbs & 1 glass of Secret de Léoube Blanc
- Main course: Duck breast cooked on skin, candied figs from the garden, semolina with almond oil and caramelized juice with Léoube wine & 1 glass of Collector de Léoube Rosé
- Dessert: Roasted peach with rosemary, crumble and red fruits, vanilla-raspberry sorbet & 1 glass of Sparkling de Léoube

The price for under 18s is €10. Free admission for children under 10 years old.
(**) The Special Harvest menu without wines is available for under 18s at a price of €45.
(***) Places at the Café Léoube restaurant are limited. The lounge is accessible without reservations.
